- Passed Health Assistant or Staff Nurse from a recognized institution, or a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Public Health / Nursing / Psychology / Sociology / Social Work / Health Education, or completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling.
- Must have completed 6-month training related to psycho-social counseling with certification from the National Health Training Center, with experience in the same field.

Selection Method
- For Psychosocial Counselor, Assistant Computer Operator, ANM, and Lab Assistant: Publication of preliminary merit list, written examination, and interview.
- For Tractor Driver, Grader Driver, and Backhoe Loader Driver: Practical test and interview.
